The Origins: Discipline & Precision
Before managing IT or paving roads, my work ethic was forged in two demanding environments:
- Electronic Production & Engineering (11 Years): Before my IT career, I spent over a decade as a Test Engineering Technologist. In electronics, "close enough" doesn't exist. This ingrained a level of precision that I bring to every construction estimate.
- Canadian Armed Forces (Infantry Division): Serving with the Calgary Highlanders taught me reliability, resourcefulness, and the importance of chain of command. In construction, as in the military, discipline is what gets the project crossed the finish line.
